The Board has determined there are limited places available for out of zone students in the following year levels for 2012. Year 1 (children who turn 5 before July 1st 2012), Year 2 and Year 3, Year 7 and 8. Initial out of zone applications close 9th November 2011. Helensville: Saturday, 3 December, 12 noon until 1pm. Commercial Rd (from Puriri Rd to Garfield Rd), Bridge St, Railway St and West St. Appropriate detour routes will be provided. Stop/go traffic control will be implemented on Railway St and at the intersection of Commercial Rd and Garfield Rd, and the intersection of Awaroa Rd and Bridge Rd. Parade start: Noon, West St. Wellsford: Saturday, 26 November, 11am until 1pm. Rodney St (State Highway 1), from Centennial Park Road to Matheson Road. Detours will be via Centennial Park Rd, Matheson Rd and State Highway 1 and via Davies Rd, Port Albert Rd and State Highway 1. Parade start: 11.30am, Station Rd. Kumeu: Friday, 9 December, 6.30pm until 9pm. State Highway 16 (between Riverhead Rd and Matua Rd). Northbound traffic will be detoured from State Highway 16. Southbound traffic will be detoured via Matua Rd. Police to be stationed at Station Rd / Trigg Rd and Access Rd. Parade start: 6.45pm, Station Rd. Warkworth: Saturday, 3 December, 12.30pm until 2pm. Queen St to Mill Ln, Neville St from the Town Hall to Baxter St, Wharf St and Kapuni St. All floats will assemble and disassemble in Alnwick St. The event organisers will station marshals at each end of the roads to offer assistance for detour routes. In accepting an advertisement for publication we rely on the advertiser's express warranty, the truth of which is essential: a. That the advertisement does not mislead, deceive or breach the Fair Trading Act, is not defamatory, indecent or offensive, does not infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, nor breach any rule of law. b. That the ad complies with Advertising Standards Authority codes of practice and with other standards relating to NZ advertising. c. Publication will not give rise to liability on our part, or in a claim against us. 2. The advertiser indemnifies us against losses or costs from any breach of warranties by the advertiser, and from costs incurred in making corrections or amendments in accordance with the terms that follow. 3. By placing an ad the advertiser grants us a perpetual, royalty free license to reproduce it in any print or electronic media we offer now or in the future. 4. We may take orders for specific spaces (space orders). It can be used only by the advertiser for their usual business and may not be transferred to another person. 7. Consumer Guarantees Act guarantees are excluded where the advertiser acquires, or holds out as acquiring, goods or services from us for the purpose of a business. 8. The advertiser must inform us within 10 working days of errors or omissions. We will not be liable for consequential loss, including to revenue or profit, from errors, omissions or failure to publish. If we are found to have any direct liability, it is limited to the ad's cost. 9. Ads are charged in accord with the current rate card at the time of publishing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Rate card adjustments apply to space orders for ads appearing up to 28 days after an adjustment. Space order rates are not reduced if the space is not used. To cancel an ad a cancellation number must be obtained. 10. GST will be added to all advertising except for non-NZ based clients. Payment is due seven days after the invoice date unless otherwise authorised. In the event of late payment the advertiser will be liable for market rate interest and all collection costs.
